We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original compostable packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, garments that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors cannot be accepted for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges (The Sizing Rule)
Our garments are designed with a specific Oversized/Boxy fit. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing. If you need a different size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping for Returns
Except in cases of a manufacturing fault, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Australia Post) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
