Every garment at The Purpose is hand-pressed to order in our Pakenham studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and quality-check your 260GSM essentials before they are dispatched.

Domestic Rates (Australia)
We utilize carbon-neutral carriers to ensure your delivery aligns with our mission of environmental restoration.

• Sustainable Standard: $11.00 AUD (3–5 business days)

• Priority Express: $15.00 AUD (1–2 business days)

• Free Domestic Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $100.00 AUD.

Local Pickup (Pakenham 3810)
Local residents can opt for free pickup from our Pakenham studio. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. You will receive a notification via email or SMS with collection details once your order is hand-wrapped and ready.

Sustainable Packaging
In line with our commitment to the planet, your order is shipped in 100% home-compostable mailers. These are plastic-free, biodegradable, and designed to minimize environmental impact. We encourage you to compost the mailer after use.

International Shipping
The Purpose ships globally. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes incurred.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.
